My Story

Ami Reiss is the founder of Reiss Management, a residential real estate company specializing in the ownership and management of apartment rentals throughout Montreal and Laval. As the company’s leader, Ami focuses on providing professionally managed housing that combines quality living, long-term tenant satisfaction, and strong value for residents and communities alike.

Ami began building his independent real estate portfolio in 2009 with the purchase of his first 16-unit multi-residential property. Following the success of that investment, he expanded into larger apartment communities, including the acquisition of a three-building, 88-unit property. In 2016, he founded Reiss Management to oversee and support a growing portfolio of residential properties across Quebec.

Today, Reiss Management continues to grow under Ami’s direction, with an emphasis on responsible property management, proactive building operations, and the maintenance of comfortable, well-managed homes for tenants. His hands-on experience in construction, real estate operations, and multi-residential management has helped establish Reiss Management as a trusted housing provider in the Montreal area.
